Returns, Exchanges & Perfect Fit Guarantee
Every Nexarina order is backed by our 60-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee. If your gear does not fit the way it should, we want to help you get into the right fit.
We offer free exchanges within 60 days of delivery and straightforward returns for eligible items, subject to the conditions below.
60-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee
You have 60 days from delivery to assess the fit of your item. We understand that fit matters, especially with technical outerwear, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
If the fit is not right, we encourage you to request an exchange first, and we’ll help you find a better size or length where available.
Returns
You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in clean, undamaged, and resellable condition, with tags attached where possible.
Items may be tried on for fit, but returns may be refused or reduced if the item shows signs of excessive wear, use, or damage, including but not limited to:
- rips, tears, stains, or fabric damage
- strong odors (including smoke, perfume, or detergent)
- pet hair, dirt, or visible debris
- alterations or missing components
- damage caused after delivery
Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email us at info@nexarina.com. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or sent in error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are always free under our Perfect Fit Guarantee. If the fit is not right, request an exchange within 60 days of delivery and we’ll cover the exchange shipping where applicable.
Replacement items are subject to stock availability. If your requested size, length, or color is no longer available, we may offer an alternative, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nexarina.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
International Orders
For international returns, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage, or import fees, any refund issued will be less all non-recoverable shipping, customs, return-to-sender, carrier, and administrative charges.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be eligible for cancellation or modification before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
If your pre-order is delivered and does not fit, it is still eligible for our 60-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale, gift cards, and any item specifically noted as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
