How It Started
In May 2025, we opened our first pre-order - a small-batch model built to reduce waste and deliver what women actually wanted on the mountain.
You showed up.
You proved women deserve outerwear engineered for them, not resized from men’s designs.
Every order fueled production, testing, and refinement. Those pre-orders are now in production and shipping December 2025.
The Process
- Pre-orders ran May 1 – 30 2025
- Only the most-loved colors made it to production (less waste, more intention)
- All pieces are made with eVent® DValpine and PrimaLoft® Bio™ technologies
- Shipping December 2025 (estimated)

Pre-Order Process
When do pre-orders close?
Pre-orders were open May 1 to May 30th, 2025.
When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged at checkout to confirm your order and help us plan production. If your product doesn’t get made, we’ll refund you in full.
What happens if my colour doesn’t hit the production minimum?
We’ll notify you right away if your chosen colour doesn’t make the cut. You’ll be able to:
- Switch to a different colour
- Or request a full refund
We only make what’s wanted, which means less waste and more intentional gear. 💚
Shipping + Delivery
When will my outerwear ship?
All outerwear ships Winter 2025. We’ll keep you updated through every stage, from production to delivery, so you’re never left wondering.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
USA Customers - Will I have to pay duties?
Possibly. Since our products are made overseas and ship from Canada, US orders may be charged duties and/or taxes.
The good news → because our prices are listed in Canadian dollars, US customers usually pay less in USD at checkout, which helps offset this.

Changes, Cancellations + Refunds
Can I change my size or colour after ordering?
Yes! You can make changes anytime before May 30th. Just message us and we’ll get you sorted.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes - cancellations are accepted before pre-orders close on May 30th. After that, we begin production and may not be able to cancel.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because this is a made-to-order model, returns aren’t standard. However:
- If your colour isn’t produced, you’ll be refunded or can choose another.
- If your size doesn’t fit, we’ll do our best to help with an exchange depending on availability.
